Stepping into the spa, one is greeted with the beige walls and warm lighting, ensuring an environment of instant calmness to customers. Customer care is ensured with how the receptionist sits down with the customer to walk them through the spa treatment chosen and providing customers with the ability to try the different massage oils before deciding. Additionally, I was able to pinpoint the area of my body that I would like my masseuse to focus on \u2013 allowing me to have maximum satisfaction from my treatment. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

While I opted for a combination of a foot massage and a back and head massage, my friend opted for the full omakasen experience \u2013 complete with a 30 minute onsen, 30 minute scrub and a 60 minute hot stone massage. Safe to say, we walked out after the end of our treatments feeling euphoric. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The spa offered the option of a Thai massage mat and a regular sitting chair for my foot & back and head massage, of which I opted for a Thai massage mat. After changing into my Japanese themed massage clothes, I was brought to my private massage room. Over the course of the next 2 hours, my masseuse rubbed out all the knots of my body and actively engaged with me on my comfort level to ensure that the pressure that she was applying was providing me with muscle relief and not pain. At the end of the session, I was pampered with a foot scrub and warm tea to send me off.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

During my recent visit to Omakasen Onsen, I was enveloped in tranquility from the moment I stepped inside. The onsen was maintained at a perfect 40-41 degrees Celsius using advanced technology, creating an inviting atmosphere. As I settled in, a fragrant rose-scented bath salt was added to the water, enhancing the experience. I was advised to soak for 15-20 minutes, and with cold damp towels and refreshing drinks readily available, I felt completely at ease.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

What I loved most about Omakasen Onsen was the privacy of having the entire onsen room to myself, allowing me to relax without the worry of being seen. The skilled masseuses were incredibly respectful of my privacy during the massage, ensuring a comfortable experience.<\/span><\/p>

After soaking in the onsen, I indulged in a 30-minute full body scrub. The green tea scrub was not only aromatic but left my skin feeling incredibly soft and smooth\u2014like a baby\u2019s skin the next day.<\/span><\/p>

The highlight of my visit was the hot stone massage, which was a first for me. Initially nervous, I quickly found comfort in the process. The masseuse skillfully used heated stones and a massage oil of my choice (I opted for lavender) to knead away knots and tension.
