Next, we have Wanrada Jaramrum. She holds certifications in both Anatomy and Physiology CIBTAC as well as in Physiology Training and this is coupled with her 12 years of experience in Etihad Airways. This ensures the accuracy and reliability on the content taught during the workshop.

Our next star-studded instructor is Varistha Phadthong, with 12 years of experience in Etihad Airways and 3 years of experience as a spa therapist under her belt. Her years of training and experience will guarantee an enriching learning journey for our students.

Lastly, we have Nakradda Roisuya with her 8 years of experience as a spa therapist across Asia and Dubai. Her time across these different countries ensures an engaging session for all students, across the globe

What do you stand to learn during this session? 

 

In a nutshell, you stand to learn how to master self-massage techniques as well as discovering partner massage techniques that you can use on your friends and loved ones after this session. How often do we find ourselves in situations where we have migraines or a muscle ache and are unable to properly address it on our own? Our knowledgeable massage instructors will guide you through the proper techniques, which you can record using the selfie sticks provided, for you to refer to after the session!

Secondly, the partner massage techniques provide our guests with the ability to understand the techniques that masseuse employ on you and the reasons for doing so. This workshop provides an opportunity to bond with your friends/partner/loved one in providing a form of relaxation through massaging them.

What other hands-on activities is included in this workshop?

 

As a tourist in Bangkok, you are guaranteed to spot a herbal compress ball – an object made out of cloth with ingredients at the base of it – at most tourist stores. Have you ever wondered what it is made out of and how to use it on your own after purchasing it?

 

This workshop provides you with the opportunity to make their own herbal-compress ball and guides students in how to use it on themselves. A perfect souvenir to bring home!

What can I expect from this workshop?

 

Aside from what is listed above – self-massage techniques and discovering partner massage methods as well as making your own herbal compress, it is also a cultural experience! Delve into the history and evolution of Thai massage. Understand why ginger tea is served at the end of massages in Thailand and have a tea session with our instructors over a cup of fresh ginger tea and traditional Thai snacks.
